Hurlingham Children’s Clinic needed to convert its existing general partnership into a limited liability partnership — a transition that requires careful handling of the dissolution of the original entity, the drafting of a new Partnership Deed, and alignment with the Partnerships Act, 2012. We managed the full process: the consultative work with the partners, the legal drafting, and the structural transition to an LLP.
